Artistic Techniques. Real-World Results
The ART
of Interacting
Sell more effectively.
Lead with confidence.
Build relationships that create opportunity.
Business is Human.
We can master strategy, systems and process. But business still happens between people. Whether someone trusts us, follows us, buys from us, refers us or remembers us often comes down to what happens in the room.
That’s where The Art of Interacting begins.

What could change?
Walking into a room hoping the right opportunity
finds you.
A sales team that knows the script but struggles to create trust.
A leader managing people, priorities and performance.
Knowing how to connect, build relationships and create opportunities wherever you go.
A sales team that knows how to turn conversations into relationships — and business.
A leader people trust, respect and want to work for.
Why Stephanie
Stephanie Wilson spent more than 25 years in corporate America, building a career across high-pressure sales, leadership, operations, change management and consulting. While earning her MBA, she studied progressive leadership in Seoul, South Korea, seeing firsthand how some of the world's largest companies approached people and performance.
Then she began training in the performing arts — and started seeing business differently.
Knowing what to do isn’t the same as knowing how to show up while doing it.
Strategy, systems and process matter. But business still depends on people — how we communicate, build trust, navigate uncertainty, influence a room and respond when things don't go according to plan.
Stephanie went on to train at Stella Adler, perform improv and stand-up, publish a memoir and create an award-winning one-woman show that has sold out festival performances.
The Art of Interacting was born in the gap between the two — bringing techniques from the arts into real-world interactions that shape how we sell, lead, connect and create opportunity.

The Experience
60–90 minutes. Interactive. Practical. Built to stick.
Drawing from techniques used across the arts, Stephanie pairs impactful lessons with simple, hands-on exercises that let participants experience the ideas in real time — not just hear about them.
Expect a mix of whole-room participation, small-group exercises, live demonstrations, discussion and Q&A.
And no — you won’t be asked to act!
Choose Your Focus
The core workshop stays the same. Your chosen focus shapes the final lessons.
Networking — Build relationships and create opportunity without forcing the outcome.
Selling — Create trust, strengthen conversations and turn connection into business.
Leading — Explore how presence, communication and everyday interactions shape the way people experience leadership.

Bring The Art of Interacting Into the Room
Interactive workshops tailored to where better interaction matters most.
Built for the Room.
Not Off the Shelf.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call.
Before Stephanie walks into the room, she wants to understand who's in it, what matters to them and what you want them to walk away with.
That insight shapes the examples, exercises and emphasis — while keeping the core experience intact.
